1. About These Terms
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of The Property Wealth Hub website and membership platform (“the Platform”), operated by New Vision Financial Services (“we”, “us”, or “our”). By creating an account or accessing any content on the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the Platform.
2. Educational Purpose Only
The content provided on The Property Wealth Hub — including courses, modules, calculators, checklists, articles, and resources — is for educational and informational purposes only. It does not constitute financial advice, investment advice, legal advice, tax advice, or any other professional advice.
Nothing on the Platform should be relied upon as the basis for any investment decision. You should always seek independent advice from a qualified financial adviser, accountant, solicitor, or other relevant professional before making any investment decision.
Important disclaimer
Past performance of the property market is not indicative of future results. Property investment involves risk, including the possible loss of capital. We make no representations or warranties about the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of any information on the Platform.
3. Membership and Accounts
Account creation: To access member-only content, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep your account details up to date.
Account security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must notify us immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.
One account per person: Accounts are for individual use only. You must not share your account credentials with others or allow others to access the Platform using your account.
Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years of age to create an account and use the Platform.
4. Membership Plans and Payments
Free Starter plan: The Starter plan is free and provides access to selected introductory content. No payment is required.
Paid plans: Core ($49/month) and Pro ($99/month) plans are billed on a monthly basis. Elite plan pricing is determined on application.
Billing: Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly basis. By subscribing to a paid plan, you authorise us to charge your nominated payment method on a recurring basis.
Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial months.
Price changes: We reserve the right to change subscription prices. We will provide at least 30 days' notice of any price changes before they take effect.
5. Intellectual Property
All content on the Platform — including course materials, videos, written content, calculators, templates, checklists, graphics, and branding — is owned by or licensed to The Property Wealth Hub and is protected by Australian and international intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use Platform content for your own personal, non-commercial purposes. You must not:
- Copy, reproduce, or distribute any content without our prior written consent
- Use content for commercial purposes or to train AI systems
- Remove or alter any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices
- Share course materials with non-members
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Platform to:
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations
- Infringe the intellectual property rights of others
- Transmit any harmful, offensive, or misleading content
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Platform
- Interfere with the proper functioning of the Platform
- Scrape, harvest, or collect data from the Platform without permission
- Impersonate any person or entity
7. Certificates
Certificates of completion are issued upon passing the quiz assessment for each module. These certificates are for personal use and recognition only. They do not constitute a formal qualification, accreditation, or professional credential and should not be represented as such.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by Australian law, The Property Wealth Hub and New Vision Financial Services shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform or reliance on any content provided.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the Platform shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
9. Third-Party Links and Services
The Platform may contain links to third-party websites or reference third-party services. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of any third-party sites or services. Links do not constitute endorsement.
References to New Vision Financial Services, New Vision Real Estate, and Buyers Central are references to affiliated or partner businesses. Engaging with these services is subject to their own separate terms and conditions.
10. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if we believe you have violated these Terms or engaged in conduct that is harmful to the Platform, other users, or our business. You may also delete your account at any time by contacting us.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or by posting a notice on the Platform. Continued use of the Platform after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Australia. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Australia.
